FAQ's - OPEN HOUSE TOURS     This NEW and EXCITING venture just got off the ground on March 1st of 2009. So, for now.....it's cheap...and superior to those 360 tours or anything else out there.
How do I upload photos?     This is real easy.  You upload them to your MLS Listing - like you always have, and we'll take them from that site -  Up to 30 photos.
How Much is the total finished tour?     $50.00...complete with Player, upload link, video tour, music, voice-over and your photos....and a SPECIFC HOUSE ADDRESS link off site for your clients to see....or to e-mail to anyone.
Can I e-mail a link to the tour to anyone I want?     Yes...you can e-mail your client-Sellers/Buyers the link to THEIR ADDRESS TOUR -  located on our web site and servers..
Does each Video Tour cost $50.00?     Yes.  Some Sellers want this tour, so they will actually pay you the $50.  If you have a Mortgage Broker who wants to run his or her photo and logo on that site, let them pay you the $50.  Agents should only pay if the listing warrants it.
What if I sell my listing?     Please notify us immediately, and we will place a SOLD BANNER on your listing for one week, then we'll take it down and make room for more listings.  We all know that  it is not good to have outdated product on the web.
Can You link my OPEN HOUSE Tour to Realtor.com?     Yes.  They charge us and we pass that cost on to you - $21.00, but we are authorized to directly link your OPEN HOUSE TOUR to www.Realtor.com...where 76% of all BUYERS go to look for a home - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to link.
Can you link my OPEN HOUSE TOUR to MLS PIN?     Yes, but they require that the OPEN HOUSE TOUR be "IDX Compliant" meaning we have to create a SECOND TOUR...with no address, no propaganda, no agent ID or Broker ID.  The GOOD NEWS is that it costs you $25.00 for the Compliant version of the OPEN HOUSE Tour, but we can link to them for free.  They sweep our site hourly for new tours.  You also get to see this icon for OPEN HOUSE, as opposed to the conventional Virtual Tour icon that everyone else uses.....  We like to be different!
Can you make a web site for me from scratch?    

Yes.  we favor keeping the WEB SITES simple, efficient, but productive.  A web site should direct BUYERS one way....SELLERS another.  What else are we in business for than to make money?  We want to sell homes to BUYERS.....list homes from SELLERS...make money.  Everything else is FLUFF. We charge a one-time set-up fee of $200.00.  This is paid when you see your front page finished.  Then, we charge $25.00 per month to maintain it on our servers for you.  Otherwise, you would have to rent servers elsewhere and they generally cost about $400 a year using minimum bandwidth.

Can I pay you by Credit Card?    

Yes.  we use PayPal...and they allow you to use any credit card  they honor. Here's the link:

 
 
Do you have a money-back guarantee?     If you do not accept the front page design of your web site, and love it, don't pay me.  Once that page is done, I go to work on the other nine pages plus online FORMS for your web site.  Once you accept your front page "look and feel", you then go the the PAYMENTS PAGE and pay the $200.  It is NOT refundable after that point.
Should I buy an ONLINE OPEN HOUSE for each listing?     No.  we would recommend only buying them for either the hard-to-sell listings, or your premium listings...unless your Seller values having that service.  In that case, let them reimburse you.  Offer it!
Do you automatically debit my credit card each month for your web site maintenance?     No.  we will send an invoice to your e-mail in-ox on the first or so of each month.  The payments are due on the 10th of each month. If you fail to pay the $25.00, We make your website dormant...meaning no web guests can get to it until it is paid.  Sorry, but our servers cost big money, so we need all of the bandwidth for our clients who pay us.  We have a five day grace period, so on the 15th, your site is dormant if not paid by then.
Can my OPEN HOUSE Tour be placed with my listing in MLS PIN?     YES - As of May 14th, 2009, MLS PIN has authorized us to place IDX compliant OPEN HOUSE Tours directly into MLS on YOUR LISTINGS that you tell us to do an OPEN HOUSE for.  These OPEN HOUSE Tours must not contain any propaganda whatsoever.  We can make up a SECOND TOUR that mirrors the original $50.00 tour, but then we must remove all propaganda.  We only charge you $25.00 for this second tour, but MLS PIN allows us to link your tour to your listing FREE.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to expose the TOUR to agents and their potential buyers.
How can I use this site to my best advantage?     We all know that SELLERS want to see results.  They want to see their property in all of its beauty and splendor.  Now, YOU get to show them their property - like they've never seen it before.  We recommend that you add the OPEN HOUSE Tour to Realtor.com listings. ....loaded with your propaganda and your business card....which we develop for you for FREE.  We can link the tour to Realtor.com, but at our cost....$21.00 each tour (direct cost), and we recommend that you have us do the idx compliant OPEN HOUSE Tour and link it (free) to MLS PIN so all agents and Buyers can see it without all your propaganda on it.  We have developed TEN WAYS TO USE YOUR WEB SITE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.  Click here:
