To help fellow agents, the flat-rate cost is $200. for the web site including up to ten additional pages: BUYER PAGE, SELLER PAGE, CONCIERGE PAGE, LISTINGS PAGE, CONTACT PAGE, BUYER AGENT PAGE, ABOUT US PAGE, SELLER ONLINE CMA FORM PAGE, BUYER CUSTOM HOME SEARCH PAGE and one additional page. We are flexible on this.  There is a monthly maintenance fee of $50 if you want us to administer and host the site.. This covers the server use (all active web sites need a server) the cost of having Front-Page Extensions and CGI scripting (so we can use FORMS and the "floating, seamless images technology" that makes OUR SITES more attractive..

HOW TO MAXIMIZE USING YOUR WEB SITE............Because we are professional Realtors, and have been in the business for many years, we recommend using our tried and true methods of getting as many web guests as possible....the more guests...the more business you will do. $50 - ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOURS

Your Online OPEN HOUSE Tour will have its own unique URL address so your Buyers and Sellers can see the OPEN HOUSE 24/7.  Once posted, It is YOUR responsibility to get your BUYERS to the site using flyers at the property...or in your ads.  We can link the tour to the MLS or to Realtor.com if you like. There is only a link fee of $21. (see below)  if you wish to link it to Realtor.com....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because 76% of BUYERS use Realtor.com to find homes.  If we add a tour to the MLS (MLS-PIN), we must make the tour idx compliant, which means we have to remove all references to the agent, broker and address.  This means we have to do a second entire tour without propaganda, but we only charge you half-price - $25. to do this, and only if you want all agents to be able to take the OPEN HOUSE Tour or send it to their BUYERS. (see below for payment) The GOOD NEWS is we can add the tour to MLS PIN for free.  We are authorized to do this by MLS PIN.
