WEB SITE PACKAGE - $200    

To help fellow agents, the flat-rate cost is $200. for the web site including up to ten additional pages: BUYER PAGE, SELLER PAGE, CONCIERGE PAGE, LISTINGS PAGE, CONTACT PAGE, BUYER AGENT PAGE, ABOUT US PAGE, SELLER ONLINE CMA FORM PAGE, BUYER CUSTOM HOME SEARCH PAGE and one additional page. We are flexible on this.  There is a monthly maintenance fee of $25 if you want us to administer and host the site.. This covers the server use (all active web sites need a server) the cost of having Front-Page Extensions and CGI scripting (so we can use FORMS and the "floating, seamless images technology" that makes OUR SITES more attractive..

ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOURS - MLS PIN - $50  

$50 - ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOURS for MLS PIN

Your Online OPEN HOUSE Tour will have its own unique URL address so that all MLS PIN agents can preview your OPEN HOUSE TOUR.  They can also send it to their prospective BUYERS because MLS PIN Tours are GENERIC...no propaganda from you.  Your Buyers and Sellers can see the OPEN HOUSE 24/7.  Once posted, It is YOUR responsibility to get your BUYERS to the site using flyers at the property...or in your ads.   The GOOD NEWS is that there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for uploading your OPEN HOUSE TOUR to the MLS. We can add the tour to MLS PIN for free.  We are authorized to do this by MLS PIN.

With this REALTOR.com OPEN HOUSE TOUR,   Your Buyers and Sellers can see the OPEN HOUSE 24/7.  Once posted, It is YOUR responsibility to get your BUYERS to the site using flyers at the property...or in your ads.   This TOUR is $50.00 to produce, and REALTOR.Com charges an extra $21.00 for us to link it directly to their site.  Therefore, this ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOUR will cost you a total of $71.00 for us to produce and link directly to www.Realtor.com.

We are now an authorized TOUR PROVIDER for all real estate agents who wish to link their OPEN HOUSE TOUR directly to www.Realtor.com listings.  We have direct access, a USERNAME and PASSWORD, and can link your OPEN HOUSE within 15 minutes.  Realtor.com Tours charges us $19.95.  Our credit card people charge us $1.05 per transaction, so we pass the exact out-of-pocket cost of $21.00 on to you.  Still cheaper to use us. CLICK ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN TO THE RIGHT TO SEE THE TOURS I HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF.  When you get to that page, click on the little red house icons to the top right of each listing, and that is what YOUR BUYERS and YOUR SELLERS will see when they get to REALTOR.com and YOUR LISTING. Realtor.com IS THE LARGEST, MOST WIDELY USED SEARCH SITE FOR BUYERS LOOKING TO BUY OR RENT A HOME.  
     
     
     

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE and SERVER FEES - $25. Push the PAYPAL button to the right to pay the monthly Server Fees for your web sites.  Due on the 10th of each month beginning MAY, 2009. Originally, this was $50., but we have enough agents now to be able to only charge $25. a month for the server/maintenance fees.

We have demonstrated how FORMS - even ONE, that brings you a BUYER or SELLER, can pay for your web site for TEN YEARS! The technology has been worth it for us. The Webmaster is, after all, a Realtor.
